PARTICIPANT SPOTLIGHT → Boy's Fort

Richard Rolfe and Jake France are old-world meets new-school. They believe that men should "continue to live as they did at the dawn of the industrial age: with utility, simplicity and ability... but also with a modern edge". This belief led them to create Boy's Fort, a pop-up shoppe that has now become a retail installation in North Portland's Kenton neighborhood, sharing an incredible indoor/outdoor space with Solabee Flowers and Salvage Works

Featuring a beautiful array of custom furniture, reclaimed fixtures, vintage ephemera and men's accessories, Boy's Fort has has curated an incredible selection of goods from local artists and craftspeople... it's hard to imagine leaving once you've set foot inside (only possible if you have the secret password).

A mini Boy's Fort of sorts will be on display at Spoken For, enticing gents with accessories, soap and candles, paper goods, photography, furniture, art... a wonderful resource for anyone preparing to exchange vows (or give a gift to someone who is). Learn more on their website and follow them on facebook for updates! Secret password: Spoken For.
