Located in an unassuming concrete masonry building on E Burnside, Chef Caleb McBee offers up delicious Pacific Northwest cuisine, committed to serving 100% pesticide and GMO- free food. Aside from harvesting herbs and spices in the restaurant's backyard garden, Skin & Bones 
works with local farmers to create their farm-to-table dishes, and they also bake their own pastries and bread in-house. Dang.

Featuring an open kitchen and large communal wooden tables, Skin & Bones would be a sweet place to host a rehearsal dinner, wedding feast or a party for no real reason at all.
